Alar Ecology is pleased to announce a strategic link-up with Greenwood Ecology & Conservation. The two companies plan to subcontract work to each other and work cooperatively on larger projects.
About Greenwood Ecology & Conservation
Greenwood Ecology & Conservation offers specialist ecological consultancy, conservation and land management advisory services. Based in south-west England, GE&C provides a competitive and reliable service throughout the UK and further afield. GE&C aims to develop long term relationships with clients who share its vision of a more sustainable and environmentally friendly world. GE&C was launched by Pete Etheridge in 2015, following a move from Bristol where he worked as a Principal Ecologist for a leading environmental consultancy. Having gained a wide range of experience within the conservation and environmental sectors, he decided to offer his own, bespoke service to selected clients and other ecological consultancies.

Key Staff
Pete Etheridge BSc, MCIEEM
With numerous protected species licences, Pete now specialise in the collection of ecological survey data and writing technical reports. His specialist areas are the ecology of birds, bats and other protected mammal species. As well as offering ecological surveys & assessments he is also experienced in providing advice on sustainable land management, particularly in relation to woodland management and agroecology.
